Sometimes, Toshiya sort of wishes he wasn’t in love. Not that he misses those days when he was still young and bouncy and, the most important thing, single, no. It’s funny, though – the memories of those nights when he was having oh so much fun with who ever the pretty creature next to him was are hazy; he knows they exist, but somehow all he remembers is the opposite: the cold nights when he silently wished for someone to be there for him when he woke up.
Still, with Kaoru beside him now, he’d never want his earlier lifestyle back.
